Polkadot Breaks Above $1 as AlphaPepe Buyers Chase Next Presale Price Step
Polkadot briefly cleared $1 after its strong September recovery lifted DOT from below $0.85 at the end of August. The token has gained nearly 20% in a week, putting one of crypto's longest-running interoperability networks back on retail watchlists.
The breakout above $1 tests whether the recovery has more room to run. If buyers can turn the level from resistance into support, $1.05 and $1.10 become the next obvious areas to watch. However, failure to hold the breakout could send DOT back towards the mid-$0.90 region.
AlphaPepe, a project with a presale priced at $0.02931 in Stage 20, is attracting buyers at a different point in the cycle. The project has raised over $2.61 million from more than 11,500 holders and is nearing sell-out. Buyers who enter now are positioning before the presale advances and before ALPE receives its first public valuation.
