This modest decline follows a previous price swing between gains near $1.16 and lows near $1.11 across the same time frame.

The project's official account also shared a statement on personal data protection on September 18, referencing the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and emphasizing everyone's right to protect their personal data.

The statement highlighted that personal data should be processed fairly, for specified purposes, and with consent or another legitimate basis set by law.
