Polygon Price Stagnant as OCC Approvals Boost Remittix Momentum
Polygon's POL token is struggling to break above $0.11 as it trades near $0.107.
The U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has conditionally approved national trust charters for three new banks, which could benefit networks like Polygon that host stablecoins and tokenized applications.
Remittix, a project focused on direct crypto-to-bank settlement, is gaining momentum with its presale nearing completion at $32 million, which will trigger a listing date reveal. The project aims to support over 50 crypto pairs and more than 30 fiat currencies, making it easier for recipients to receive bank deposits.
Polygon's infrastructure provides versatile payment functionality through integrations supporting self-custodied stablecoin transfers, but the token needs stronger fee generation, application activity, and demand for POL itself to appreciate. A decisive move above recent resistance could improve the chart, while continued rejection may leave the token range-bound.
