Pompliano-Led Silvia Buys Back Shares Amid Discrepancy Between Stock Price and NAV
Silvia Inc., led by Anthony Pompliano, has continued its share buyback program by purchasing another 2.3% of its shares. The company's stock fell below the net asset value (NAV) of its Bitcoin holdings on Wednesday.
The NAV was approximately $4.27 per share, based on 5,130 BTC and 82.9 million shares outstanding. However, SVIA traded at around $3.90, representing an 11% discount to NAV.
This is the second buyback of shares by Silvia, which has repurchased a total of 14.5% of its common stock since last week. The company's buyback program began in December and aims to allow up to $100 million in stock repurchases at a discount to NAV.
