POSCO International and LG CNS Tokenize Trade Receivables on Injective Blockchain

POSCO International and LG CNS have launched a proof of concept (PoC) to tokenize trade receivables using Injective's Layer 1 blockchain. This initiative aims to transform global trade finance by combining blockchain, AI, and cloud technologies.

The PoC focuses on digitizing trade receivables, money owed but not yet paid, through tokenization on Injective's blockchain. This allows companies like POSCO International to unlock capital faster and boost operational efficiency.

Injective was selected for its built-in compliance features, including KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and permissioned asset management. These capabilities are embedded at the protocol level, ensuring regulatory alignment across jurisdictions without requiring additional layers of software.
