PowerCompute has repaid its $22.45M Bitcoin-backed credit facility to Arch Lending, doing business as ChainFi Inc.

The company's subsidiary US Digital Mining and Hosting Co. made the payment on September 24, the scheduled reset date for the loan.

To settle the debt, Arch Lending sold approximately 267.3 of the 307 pledged Bitcoin to cover $21,892,132 in principal, plus interest and fees amounting to $118,582 and $440,122 respectively.

This move has significantly reduced PowerCompute's total secured debt from around $19.4 million as of June 30, 2026 to approximately $1.25 million, representing a reduction of nearly 94%.

No company debt is now secured by Bitcoin following the repayment.
