Prediction Markets Soar to $21.7B as UEFA Nations League Surges

Prediction markets reached a new high of $21.7 billion in volume last week, according to data from Crypto.com.

The UEFA Nations League saw a significant surge, with its market value rising by 764.1% to $366.4 million. The NFL led the way in terms of notional trading volume, increasing by $817.4 million to reach $3.7 billion.

Top favorites in the NFL remained strong, with the Baltimore Ravens at 86% and the Buffalo Bills at 75%. In contrast, contracts for college football (CFB) saw sharp weekly drops of between 9-17%.
