PrimeDelta Seizes Opportunity in SEC's On-Chain Market for U.S. Stocks
PrimeDelta Corp., a financial technology company, has announced its readiness to capture the newly opened on-chain market for U.S. stocks under the SEC's Innovation Exemption framework.
The exemption allows tokenized versions of listed U.S. stocks to trade on-chain through automated liquidity pools without registering as a national securities exchange.
PrimeDelta's existing platform, which integrates tokenization, identity, and permissioning, broker-dealer connectivity, qualified custody connectivity, liquidity pools, trading, settlement, shareholder registry, dividends, voting, and payments, meets all the requirements set out by the SEC.
The company has already spent three years building its infrastructure and believes it is now poised to capitalize on this new regulatory pathway.
