Pulsar Money Launches on Arc Network with Stablecoin-Powered Features
Pulsar Money, a new Europe-focused stablecoin app, is set to launch on the Arc Network in Q2-Q3 2026. The app will allow users to turn supported stablecoins into usable USD or EUR balances and manage their funding, swaps, virtual Visa card spending, and optional yield from one platform.
Pulsar Money uses MiCA-compliant stablecoins and regulated partner infrastructure, ensuring a secure and compliant experience for users. The product flow is simple: fund USD with USDT or USDC, or EUR with EURC, spend from the available balance using a virtual Visa card, and earn a variable rate of up to 6% APY through DeFi strategies.
The app does not charge a funding fee, and supported same-currency payments have no Pulsar FX fee. Cross-currency card spending is capped at 1.35%, with third-party fees still applicable. Users can earn a variable rate of up to 6% APY through DeFi strategies using Morpho and Steakhouse Financial.
