QNT Token Surges 62% on Quant's Partnership with The Clearing House
Quant's QNT token has surged by 62 percent in seven days, reaching a price of $104.88 on September 26, 2026, according to market data.
The rally is attributed to The Clearing House's announcement that it has selected Quant as its technology partner for the On-Chain Money Initiative, a project backed by 25 large US banks, including Bank of America and J.P. Morgan.
The initiative aims to create a network through which financial institutions can clear and settle tokenized deposits, with connection to existing RTP and CHIPS payment systems.
Quant's Overledger operating system will provide the infrastructure for interoperability, orchestration, and transaction management within this new network.
In contrast to stablecoins, tokenized deposits remain bank money under supervisory oversight, allowing banks to offer programmable payments without moving customer funds off their balance sheet.
