Qualcomm Stock Plunges 7% Amid Amon's Insider Selling
Qualcomm's stock price took a hit yesterday, falling 7% to $186.71 after closing at $201.97 on Monday.
The decline follows news that CEO Cristiano Amon sold approximately $4 million worth of QCOM stock under a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 plan in two separate trades last week.
Amon's sales were made on September 21 and September 25, with the total amount totaling around 20,000 units. He still holds onto roughly 177,568 units of Qualcomm stock, worth about $35.5 million.
