Quant Soars Amid FOMO, Zcash and Cardano Also See Gains Amid Crypto Market Volatility
The crypto market remains on edge as top altcoins experience declines in value. Bitcoin is stuck in a narrow range above $84,000, while the valuation of all tokens has reached $2.89 trillion.
One token that's bucked this trend is Quant (QNT), which has seen significant gains over the past four days and has reached its highest level since October 2022.
This surge in value can be attributed to several factors, including the use of QNT technology by top UK banks for tokenized deposits. As a result, investors are optimistic about the network's potential for further growth and adoption among companies and organizations.
However, there is some concern that Quant has become overbought, with its Relative Strength Index (RSI) reaching 93.50 - its highest level in over a year. This could potentially lead to a reversal in price once the current FOMO phase ends, with potential targets including $100 and $84.71.
Zcash (ZEC) has also seen significant gains this month, trading at $1,650 and reaching its highest level of the year. The token's rising demand for privacy coins and increased futures open interest have contributed to its growth, although there is some risk that it may drop to the key support level of $1,288.
Finally, Cardano (ADA) has been in a slow upward trend over the past few months, with prices increasing from $0.1388 in June to $0.2532 currently. ADA's rising channel and jump above its 50-day moving average suggest potential for further growth, although there is also some risk of a drop to the lower side of the channel.
