Quant Token Surges 322% on Banking Partnerships
Quant's token price surged by an impressive 322% over seven days to reach $257.69, according to BeInCrypto.
This significant increase is attributed to two major announcements made on September 24, connecting Quant's software to bank-backed tokenized deposit networks in the US and UK.
The Clearing House, a payments network owned by 25 major US banks, selected Quant to power its On-Chain Money Initiative. This project aims to let banks clear and settle tokenized deposits at any hour, mirroring standard bank deposits digitally.
UK Finance also announced live tokenized sterling payments on Quant's platform, involving Barclays, HSBC UK, Lloyds Banking Group, Monzo, Nationwide, NatWest, and Santander. This marked a second major institutional catalyst for the token within 24 hours.
