Quant, Zcash, and ADA: Market Sentiment Shifts Amidst Crypto Rally
Quant (QNT) has been one of the top performers in the crypto market, jumping to its highest level since October 2022. This surge can be attributed to the adoption of its technology by major banks in the UK for tokenized deposits, which has investors optimistic about future growth.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has reached a high of 93.50, indicating that the coin is highly overbought and may reverse once this FOMO phase ends. If this happens, QNT could retreat to $100, with a drop below this level potentially leading to a further decline to $84.71, its highest level in May.
Zcash (ZEC) has also seen significant gains, trading at $1,650 and reaching a year-to-date high of $1,693. The token's rising demand for privacy coins and futures open interest have contributed to this surge. However, there is a risk that ZEC may drop to the key support level of $1,288 due to mean reversion or a bearish divergence pattern in the RSI.
Cardano (ADA) has been in a slow upward trend, jumping from a low of $0.1388 in June to its current price of $0.2532. The token has formed a rising channel and is now hovering near the upper side of it. ADA may either break above the upper side of the channel and move towards $0.300 or drop to the lower side.
The crypto market remains on edge, with Bitcoin stuck in a narrow range above $84,000 and the valuation of all tokens reaching $2.89 trillion. This uncertainty has investors cautious about making predictions.
