Quantum Computers Pose Future Threat to Blockchain Security: European Regulators
European regulators have warned that quantum computers could potentially break blockchain security in the future. This warning was issued by Frank Holmes, CEO and chief investment officer of U.S. Global Investors, Inc.
The S&P/TSX Global Gold Index and the FTSE Gold Mines Index Series are two benchmarks used to track gold companies worldwide. As of June 30th, 2007, Jiangxi Copper held a significant position in several funds, including China Region Opportunity Fund (1.74%), World Precious Minerals Fund (2.78%), and Global Resources Fund (0.89%).
The use of quantum computers to break blockchain security is not a current threat, but rather a potential future risk.
