Currently, there are approximately 1.72 million coins lying dormant in vulnerable wallets linked to BTC whale Satoshi Nakamoto, the largest Bitcoin holder in the world.
However, some security experts argue that the industry is not yet at risk of collapse and suggest that crypto developers are working on advanced post-quantum cryptographic solutions to fortify Bitcoin's defense.
