Quantum Solutions Sells $1.9M in Ethereum to Fuel AI Infrastructure Business
Quantum Solutions, a company with AI infrastructure ambitions, has sold off 1,000 Ethereum (ETH) for approximately $1.903 million to support its business expansion. This sale reduces Quantum's ETH holdings to 4,764.8 units. According to the company, this transaction will result in an estimated loss of around ¥17 million for the fiscal quarter ending February 2027.
Quantum has increased its authorized ETH sale limit to 4,375 units, allowing potential future sales of up to 2,471 ETH by October 30, 2026, depending on market conditions and funding needs. However, most remaining ETH is pledged as collateral, meaning additional sales may require adjustments.
Quantum will provide updates on further sales and financial impacts in its next quarterly report due in October. This development suggests that the company is actively managing its crypto assets to support its business objectives.
