QXMP Ditches Telegram for Regulated Security Token Offerings
Crypto project QXMP has closed its Telegram group to shift towards regulated security token offerings. According to Alan Rogers, this move is aimed at complying with Reg D and Reg S guidelines for security tokens. The decision aims to meet institutional-grade standards, but Rogers notes that this is not the end of the QXMP community, rather a new phase. QXMP joins a small group of crypto projects that have abandoned Telegram as their primary platform.
Rogers has been tracking trends in crypto asset distribution and observed that 66.6 percent of Bitcoin is held by individuals as available supply contracts. He also noted a surge in institutional demand for ETH, with August being the strongest month for Ethereum ETFs since August 2025.
