RealFi Brings Real-World Assets to Cardano Mainnet with Two-Token Stablecoin Model
RealFi, a Cardano-native protocol that brings real-world assets onto blockchain through a two-token stablecoin model, has gone live on Cardano's mainnet. The milestone marks an important step in RealFi's growth and development. During the public testnet phase, more than 3,000 verified wallets actively participated.
RealFi's approach separates liquidity from risk through its two-token structure: USDrf serves as a liquid senior token, while sUSDrf is designed to absorb losses first. This allows for real-world financial assets to be brought onto the chain in a transparent and accessible way.
The mainnet launch comes with integrations already live across Cardano, including Liqwid, SundaeSwap, and Lace. RealFi's roadmap extends beyond Cardano, with plans to bring the protocol to EVM-compatible networks following further testing. However, access to RealFi products is currently restricted in certain jurisdictions, such as the US, EU, UK, and Hong Kong.
