Remittix Enters Payment Scene with PayFi Service, Challenging Tron and XRP
The Tron network and Ripple's XRP have been competing for dominance in the payment space. However, their approaches differ significantly. Tron is heavily involved in stablecoin activity, while XRP has a strong focus on cross-border ledger payments.
Remittix, a new player in the scene, aims to change this narrative with its PayFi service, which converts supported cryptocurrencies into local fiat and delivers it directly to compatible bank accounts. The RTX token is set to debut on November 24, 2026, at $0.46.
The Tron network has seen significant stablecoin activity, with a strong position in USDT transfers. However, this does not necessarily translate to an increase in TRX price. XRP, on the other hand, has deep liquidity and an established ledger, making it an attractive option for institutional investors.
