Remittix Launches Multi-Chain Payments as LINK Strengthens
Chainlink's focus on blockchain connectivity is gaining traction as more assets and applications operate across different networks. The LINK token traded around $14 on October 5, reflecting growing interest in its cross-chain capabilities. Chainlink's Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol (CCIP) aims to facilitate the transfer of tokens and messages between separate blockchain systems, addressing a critical infrastructure need in the crypto space.
Remittix, a payment platform, is leveraging Chainlink's connectivity to simplify multi-chain transactions for customers. Its PayFi service supports USDT and USDC across networks like Ethereum, Celo, Base, and Polygon, with plans to enable fiat payouts through compatible bank accounts. The platform has invited 1,000 existing holders to test EUR and USD options ahead of its November 24, 2026, launch.
Remittix aims to make multi-network payments accessible to a broader audience by converting crypto into fiat seamlessly. The platform has seen over 10,000 iOS wallet downloads and more than $50 million in cumulative trading volume. With over $32 million raised towards a $36 million hard cap, Remittix is positioning itself to capture a share of the global remittance market, estimated at $856 billion in 2024.
The success of Remittix could hinge on its ability to simplify the payment process for users dealing with different stablecoins across various networks. If the platform can make the payout process intuitive and repeatable, it could attract a larger user base and generate substantial processing volume and recurring fees.
