Remittix Launches PayFi Trial with 1,000 RTX Holders
XRP remains a cornerstone in the crypto payments space, known for its liquidity and established exchange presence. Meanwhile, Remittix is taking a significant step forward by inviting 1,000 existing RTX holders to test its PayFi service, which converts supported cryptocurrencies into fiat through compatible banks. This trial focuses on EUR and USD options, with the goal of turning one-time transactions into recurring payments, a key factor for long-term user retention.
Remittix aims to tap into the massive global remittance market, estimated by the World Bank at $856 billion in 2024. If the PayFi service gains traction, it could capture a significant portion of this market, generating substantial transfer volume and fees. RTX, the token at the center of this ecosystem, is designed for settlement and staking as the platform expands.
XRP, trading around $1.51 in early October, benefits from deep exchange markets and a strong community. While a move toward $2 or $3 would attract broad attention, such a surge would require substantial buying pressure. The XRP Ledger's support for tokenized assets and other financial activities also keeps the token relevant beyond just payments.
Remittix has seen strong interest, with over 40,000 participants in its presale and more than $32 million raised toward a $36 million cap. The final $0.46 presale tier and the upcoming November 24, 2026 launch of RTX trading set the stage for the PayFi trial. As the first 1,000 testers begin using the service, their feedback could shape the future of Remittix's recurring payments business.
