Remittix Tests Fiat-to-Crypto Route to Make On-Chain Payments Easier
Remittix, a project based on Ethereum, is working to make on-chain payments more accessible by introducing a fiat-to-crypto route. The project has invited 1,000 of its presale participants to test the feature, which will allow users to convert supported cryptocurrencies into fiat through compatible banking channels.
The test group will have access to EUR and USD options, and the project aims to evaluate the experience before broader access. The goal is to make it convenient for users to receive fiat after an on-chain transfer, which is often a challenging step in the process.
Remittix has reported over $32 million raised toward its $36 million presale cap, and it has announced a $0.46 final tier. The project is planning to launch its RTX token on November 24, 2026, and the PayFi feature will be a key part of this launch.
The project's approach to payments is part of a broader ecosystem that supports stablecoins and decentralized applications. Ethereum's roadmap for Glamsterdam aims to improve the network's capacity and efficiency as usage grows, and Remittix is working to capitalize on this growth.
