Remixpoint Dumps Altcoins for Exclusive Focus on Bitcoin
Remixpoint, a listed company that incorporates crypto assets into its financial strategy, has divested all holdings except Bitcoin. On September 1, the company sold its entire positions in Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP, and Dogecoin (DOGE). The sale resulted in a realized gain of ¥117.78 million ($740,000) to be booked as business segment revenue in the second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027.
The total sale proceeds came to ¥878,814,569, with ETH generating a profit of ¥60,203,121, SOL ¥49,304,898, and XRP ¥11,523,717. The loss from DOGE was absorbed by the three profitable positions, resulting in an overall gain exceeding ¥100 million ($620,000).
Remixpoint attributed the sale to a comprehensive assessment of market conditions and its overall financial strategy. Going forward, the company will pursue a strategy of selection and concentration within its crypto asset portfolio, shifting to a holding and management framework centered on Bitcoin (BTC). With this sale, Remixpoint now holds approximately 1,506 BTC.
