Render Price Surges on Node Bonus Program and Burn News
Render (RENDER) saw a 3% gain in its price over the last few hours, driven by positive tokenomics news and ongoing interest in AI tokens.
The catalyst for this move was an announcement of a new node bonus program. The program rewards rendering node operators with extra RENDER allocation based on past frames rendered, with bonus accruals starting on October 1 and claims opening on October 8.
This incentive program increases expected returns to node operators, potentially encouraging more node participation and token holding. Markets often react positively to improved reward mechanics for network participants, as they affect expected future supply and user engagement.
Fresh on-chain tokenomics signaling also supported the bullish lean. On September 16, a dedicated Render burn tracker reported that 4,588 RENDER (worth around $6,212 at the time) had been burned across 183 transactions, corresponding to roughly 27.97% of that day's emissions removed from circulation.
The combination of ongoing burns and visible reporting strengthens the perception that Render is an AI token with tangible utilization rather than a purely narrative play.
