Republican Senator Seeks Probe into Crypto Deals by US Presidents' Sons

A first-term Republican Senator has called for an investigation into the cryptocurrency ventures of the sons of US presidents.

Senator John Curtis, from Utah, directed his letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee's Chair Chuck Grassley and Ranking Democrat Dick Durbin, citing 'the use of family relationships for private financial benefit, favoritism, or access by domestic and foreign entities.'

Curtis specifically mentioned Donald Trump Jr. and Hunter Biden, arguing that their business dealings abroad, particularly with China and Ukraine, should be investigated.

The senator pointed out that the Republicans had 'nearly worn out the subpoena machine' investigating Hunter Biden's foreign relationships and shouldn't stop now.
