Rice Predicts XRP Will Plummet to $0.60 by 2030 Amid Shift to RLUSD
XRP, the digital asset associated with Ripple, has been trading near $1.40. According to Johnny Rice of The Motley Fool, it will be worth just $0.60 by 2030.
Rice points out that ODL transactions, which buy and sell XRP in equal amounts, create no net demand for the token. This challenges the dominant narrative that increasing adoption of Ripple's technology will drive up demand for XRP.
He also notes that RLUSD, Ripple's dollar-backed stablecoin, can be used as a bridge asset instead of XRP, offering stability and reducing volatility concerns for financial institutions.
