Riot Platforms has cleared its $200 million secured credit facility with Coinbase Credit ahead of schedule. The prepayment releases collateral, including Bitcoin, USDC, and cash held with Coinbase Custody Trust Company. There were no early termination fees or penalties associated with the payoff.

The move comes as Riot continues to expand into AI data centers, including a 20-year agreement worth roughly $9 billion with Anthropic. The company's Q1 2026 revenue was $167.2 million, with $33.2 million coming from its data center segment.

Riot has shifted its focus towards non-mining business, and this debt payoff simplifies its capital structure. However, the company still faces questions about its finances, including having less than a year of cash runway.
