Ripple Bolsters XRP Ledger Tokenization Push with ZILO and Licuido Investments

Ripple is continuing its push for tokenization on the XRP Ledger through strategic investments in two companies, ZILO and Licuido. The move aims to enhance the issuance, transfer, settlement, and collateralization of traditional financial assets in tokenized markets.

ZILO specializes in transfer agency and fund administration technology for asset managers, custodians, and transfer agents. Ripple's investment will enable the company to advance infrastructure for tokenized fund share classes.

Licuido is an FCA-regulated platform that facilitates on-chain settlement of traditional financial assets such as fund shares to be moved as digital collateral. The partnership with Licuido will help scale the infrastructure and collateral marketplace on the XRPL, enabling institutions to turn idle assets into liquidity.
