Ripple CEO Admits XRP Not Always the Best Answer

Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has acknowledged that XRP may not always be the best solution for payment-related use cases. During a conversation at Faena Rose, Garlinghouse emphasized the importance of utility in cryptocurrency adoption.

'It could be that XRP is the best bridge asset for that purpose,' he said, but added that other assets like stablecoins might solve problems better.

Garlinghouse stressed that cryptocurrencies need to have real use cases and solve actual problems. 'I think any technology and any token, it has to have a real use case and it has to solve a problem, or I just kind of don't get it,' he said.
