Ripple CEO Complicates XRP's Bullish Argument with Stablecoin Comments
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse has acknowledged that stablecoins may be a better option for certain payment flows, complicating one of XRP's most bullish arguments.
In an interview from May, Garlinghouse said he's not an XRP maximalist and emphasized the importance of solving customers' specific problems rather than pushing them to use XRP over other top cryptocurrencies.
XRP would need to increase by around 550% from its current price of $1.54 to reach $10, while targets like $100, $589, and $1,000 imply valuations in the trillions.
