Ripple Lands Record Deal with University of Florida

Share

The University of Florida has entered into a multi-year deal with Ripple, a cryptocurrency company that provides blockchain solutions for traditional and digital finance. The agreement is worth $5 million annually, making it one of the largest in college sports.

Ripple's logo will appear on-field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, specifically at both 25-yard lines. This partnership also includes digital properties and event signage for Ripple, as well as financial and technology education for student-athletes and the campus community.

This deal surpasses previous sponsorships, such as Geico's $2 million agreement to have its logo on Florida Field for two home games last year.
