Ripple Mint Unveiled: Institutional-Grade Stablecoin Issuance and Redemption

Ripple Mint is an institutional dashboard and API used to mint, redeem, bridge, and track RLUSD issuance and flows. The product was launched on July 23, 2026, by Ripple.

The issuer of RLUSD is Standard Custody & Trust Company, LLC, a New York Department of Financial Services chartered trust company. This detail is significant as it sets a specific regulatory frame for custody and issuance processes.

Ripple announced a strategic investment in Notabene, with RLUSD integrating into Notabene Flow for regulated payments workflows. This integration helps institutions meet Travel Rule and VASP screening obligations inside their payments flows.

As of July 25, 2026, RLUSD's market cap hovered around $1.59-$1.60B with a similar circulating supply. However, recent reports flagged a 25% month-over-month drop in on-chain transfer volume from roughly $14.6B to about $11B.
