Ripple Mints $150M Worth of RLUSD on Ethereum Amid Exchange Support

Ripple has minted 15 million RLUSD on the Ethereum blockchain in recent hours. This follows an uptick in activity around RLUSD over the last 24 hours, with 15 million RLUSD burned on the XRP Ledger and another 10 million RLUSD minted on Ethereum's blockchain.

The circulating supply of RLUSD on Ethereum has surpassed $712 million, with 36.5 million minted in the last seven days and $25.3 million burned. Meanwhile, the circulating supply of RLUSD on the XRP Ledger is $873 million, with more burned than minted over the same period.

RLUSD has gained major listings, including support from Upbit, a leading crypto exchange in South Korea, which announced its backing for the stablecoin on July 28. Upbit now supports RLUSD deposits and withdrawals on the XRP Ledger with KRW/BTC/USDT trading pairs.
