Ripple Prime Unveils Delta One Trading Platform for Institutional Clients

Share

Ripple Prime has launched its Delta One business, allowing institutional clients to execute Total Return Swaps linked to U.S.-listed equities, market indices, and digital assets.

The service is designed for hedge funds, asset managers, and other finance professionals with varying risk, reporting, and investment needs. TRS enables clients to have economic exposure to the underlying asset without actually acquiring or investing in it.

Ripple Prime's Delta One products are tailored to closely track movements in their underlying assets. This launch is a sign of increased demand for a more streamlined institutional trading environment that works across asset classes, said Noel Kimmel, president of Ripple Prime.

The one-counterparty nature of the new business is a key characteristic, allowing clients to operate in a single platform instead of managing relationships on equities, foreign exchange, fixed income, and crypto. Clients can also cross-margin exposures across these asset classes round-the-clock.
