Ripple Sees Net ETF Buying, Tria Visa Card Launches XRP Collateral Borrowing
Ripple's (XRP) spot exposure saw significant buying during the week, with $4.07 million in ETF inflows on October 1, bringing the total weekly inflows to $8.03 million. This indicates a net increase in buying interest for XRP spot exposure. The price of XRPUSD is still around 5% below its six-month high of $1.572.
The Tria Visa card has been launched, allowing users to borrow against XRP collateral for spending purposes without having to sell their XRP. This self-custodial service also offers a yield on collateral and up to 6% cashback for XRPUSD traders.
Recent data shows that Binance reserves 2.68 billion XRP, a 2.4% increase. Transaction volume has also seen a 23% increase to approximately 1.96 million.
