Ripple Unlocks 1 Billion XRP from Escrow at October's Start

Ripple has unlocked 1 billion XRP from escrow at the start of October as part of its established monthly practice.

The total amount released is broken down into four transactions: 400 million, 200 million, 300 million, and 100 million XRP.

The value of these transactions at the time of unlock ranges from $148.9 million to $595.6 million based on current prices.

Ripple typically returns a significant portion of unlocked XRP to escrow, with around 700-800 million XRP often being sent back.
