Ripple Unveils Timeline for Institutional XRPL Features

Ripple has announced the timeline for introducing new institutional features to its XRPL platform. The Permission Delegation update is scheduled for October 8, 2026.

According to Monica Long, a significant portion of tokenized volume will occur on public networks, with Ledger highlighted as a key feature. To meet an 80% support threshold within two weeks, the Batch update is slated for deployment on October 9.

The partnership between Ripple and CSD BR in Brazil aims to achieve $15 billion in represented value on XRPL by the end of their first export transaction.
