Ripple's European Expansion Gains Momentum with MiCA Authorization
Ripple's European expansion is gaining momentum as it receives full authorization under the MiCA regulation. This regulatory framework will allow Ripple to provide its services across the entire European Economic Area, giving banks and payment providers a simplified way to use Ripple's products.
The company has also obtained an Electronic Money Institution license, adding another layer to its European strategy. With these licenses in place, Ripple can now offer digital-dollar settlement through RLUSD and give institutions the tools for issuing and managing tokenized assets through Ripple Mint.
