Ripple's Future Success Seen as Inevitable Despite Market Divisions
A former BlackRock Managing Director has shared his opinion on Ripple's (XRP) future success, stating that it's inevitable despite divided opinions in the market. The executive believes institutional adoption doesn't need everyone on board to succeed and points to major firms already moving into the space as evidence of this trend.
The expert cited US 13F filings, which show a growing list of institutions holding Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs, including pension schemes, Middle Eastern sovereign wealth funds, private banks, family offices, and wealth managers. This, according to him, is a revealing window into the progress of institutional crypto adoption in the United States.
The conversation also touched on tokenization, where he highlighted money market tokens as an early success story, eliminating settlement delays and allowing holders to generate yield immediately. He expects this momentum to extend beyond money markets to traditional securities.
