Ripple's Seoul Conference Sparks XRP Price Speculation

XRP is trading near $1.53, up about 4% over 24 hours, ahead of Ripple's conference in Seoul on October 3.

A 'Special Announcement' has revived $100 price targets, but the agenda does not mention what Ripple plans to reveal.
