Ripple's Swell Conference Aims to Unite Finance Leaders Around Digital Assets
Ripple's Swell conference has grown into a major event in the financial industry, attracting 1,500 decision-makers from traditional and digital finance. The conference, which takes place in New York on October 27-29, combines with Apex and UBRI Connect for the first time.
The institutional program at Swell will focus on how digital assets are transforming businesses, including XRP exchange-traded funds (ETFs), stablecoin issuance models, and automated payments. Speakers from major financial institutions such as BNY Mellon and Robinhood will discuss topics like trading, liquidity, and settlement.
The conference will also feature developer sessions on privacy and scaling, as well as academic research into artificial intelligence and its intersection with cryptography and security. Ripple's Chief Technology Officer Emeritus David Schwartz and Ayo Akinyele, senior director of engineering at RippleX, will discuss the future of the XRP Ledger.
