Robinhood Bets on Ethereum Price in 2026 Prediction Market
Robinhood's crypto prediction market is offering contracts on the future price of Ethereum (ETH). The event contract focuses on the price of ETH on October 5, 2026, at 8 PM EDT. The price used to determine the contract's outcome will be based on CF Benchmarks' Real Time Index (RTI), calculated by averaging 60 RTI prices collected in the final minute before expiration.
Current trading odds show a 99% chance that ETH will be at or above $2,700, with decreasing probabilities for higher price thresholds. For instance, there's a 97% chance ETH will be at or above $2,705, 89% for $2,710, and just 1% for $2,720. Payouts are made within an hour of event resolution, and traders can close their positions before the event resolves.
The platform operates 24 hours a day, except for a maintenance window from 3 AM to 5 AM ET on Thursdays.
