Robinhood Bolsters Prediction Markets with Crypto.com and OG.com Partnership
Robinhood is expanding its prediction-markets business through a partnership with Crypto.com and OG.com, a CFTC-regulated derivatives exchange and clearinghouse. As part of this deal, Robinhood will route some retail event-contract volume through OG.com's platform while taking minority equity stakes in both companies.
The move comes as prediction markets have become a significant growth engine for Robinhood, with 13.6 billion event contracts traded in Q2 2026 and record revenue of ~$156 million from the segment. This partnership aims to provide more liquidity and contract variety for U.S. customers, especially around football events.
Routing of contracts will begin on September 8, 2026, with OG.com handling selected pro and college football event contracts. Existing partners such as Kalshi, ForecastEX/Interactive Brokers, and Rothera will still be available to handle event contracts.
