Rights trading platform Robinhood has been hacked, and CEO Vlad Tenev confirmed that his X account was compromised. According to Tenev, someone accessed his X account to promote a fake meme coin.
Tenev denied any involvement in the launch of a new cryptocurrency token, stating that the company is still waiting for more information from X about the incident.
The Robinhood communications team confirmed the hack and stated that the fraudulent post has been removed. They are working to restore access to Tenev's account as soon as possible.
