Robinhood Chain Hits $1 Billion in Total Value Secured
Riding a wave of rapid growth, Robinhood Chain has reached $1 billion in total value secured, just two months after its mainnet launch on July 1, 2026. The milestone comes as L2Beat reports that the chain's TVL stands at $1.08 billion, with bridged value reaching approximately $1.578 billion by August.
The DeFi protocol has also seen significant growth, with TVL climbing to nearly $775 million by early August, up from essentially nothing at launch. On the transaction side, Robinhood Chain logged a record 11.6 million daily transactions on August 11, briefly outpacing Base in user activity.
The chain's revenue has also been impressive, generating $3.6 million in July 2026, the highest monthly figure among L2 solutions for that period. However, it's worth noting that the chain shares 10% of its net revenue with the broader Arbitrum ecosystem due to its use of the Arbitrum Orbit stack.
The growth is largely driven by memecoins and stablecoin deposits into lending protocols, specifically Morpho and Ethena. Tokenized real-world assets currently carry an active market cap of around $130 million on the chain, a small fraction of the overall TVL. The Robinhood Wallet integration with Stock Tokens and USDG lending creates a bridge between traditional brokerage users and DeFi products.
