According to data from the Blockscout explorer, the chain went 13 minutes without recording new transactions, indicating a temporary halt in block production.

Earlier in the day, the network appeared to be experiencing issues after no new blocks were produced for over six minutes. The specific cause of the outage was not disclosed by Robinhood at the time of reporting.
