Robinhood Chain Overtakes Hyperliquid in Brief App Revenue Surge
Robinhood Chain has surpassed Hyperliquid in 24-hour app revenue according to DeFiLlama data. The decentralized perpetual futures exchange, Hyperliquid, previously held the top spot, but Robinhood Chain briefly overtook it on August 30-31 with $2.66 million in daily app revenue.
Hyperliquid's revenue engine is fueled by perpetual futures trading, which recorded $8.9 billion in volume on a single day in July 2026.
The broader landscape saw Solana surge to the front with over $6 million in daily app revenue by early September, while Robinhood Chain settled at roughly $3.2 million and Hyperliquid L1 at approximately $1.9 million.
