Robinhood Chain Smashes Record with $874.8 Million in Trading Volume
Robinhood Chain's decentralized exchange volume hit a new record on August 30, reaching $874.8 million. This milestone is significant for the Layer 2 network, which has been live since July 1.
The majority of this trading volume came from Uniswap version 4 and version 3, which handled $432 million and $357 million respectively. These two versions together accounted for almost 90% of the total trading volume on the chain that day.
Applications on the Robinhood Chain generated $2.66 million in revenue over a 24-hour period, surpassing Hyperliquid and Ethereum. This revenue is particularly notable as it measures fees actually paid by traders, which can be harder to inflate than raw volume.
