Robinhood Chain Surpasses Ethereum and Base in Fees
The Robinhood Chain has made a significant splash in the crypto world by surpassing Ethereum and Base in fees. Just two months after its launch on July 1, the chain has collected $3.13 million in fees over 30 days, ranking third behind Canton's $49 million and Tron's $26 million. Over the past day, Robinhood Chain pulled in $495,477 in fees, outpacing Base's $71,703 and Ethereum's $25,746.
The chain's revenue has been driven by its app protocols, which took in $1.84 million over 24 hours, second only to Solana at $5.03 million. This is a notable achievement for the Robinhood Chain, considering it still lags behind Ethereum in 30-day revenue with $45.84 million against $21.05 million.
The growth of the Robinhood Chain has also been reflected in its total value locked (TVL), which reached $727.15 million, up 7.4% in a day. Additionally, the chain's decentralized exchange (DEX) volume ran to $1.19 billion over 24 hours, with perps adding another $189.86 million.
One of the main drivers of growth for the Robinhood Chain has been its token launchpad, PONS, which booked a record $690,000 in revenue on Saturday and has an annualized revenue of $64 million on $279.88 million in fees. Its token price has also seen significant gains, increasing by 46% in one day and 499% over the week.
